Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Anxiety can be paralyzing. The mental anguish and fear can make staying home preferable to socializing. The physical symptoms can feel like death. Therapy can help, but our anxiety can even impact our reaching out for help! I work very hard to create a comfortable, non-threatening environment, and I will be with you the whole way, even meeting you at the door if it helps. Anxiety is frequently aroused when we demand predictability from our environment, but are not guaranteed it. And then our thoughts get going...only to feed our anxiety, creating a cycle of pain. There are a number of ways that we can address this, and help you manage, or even retire your anxious feelings.
